This was one of the first boxing events I filmed in my career, and while there were many setbacks in the beginning, the final result turned out even better than I had hoped.
Early on, I faced challenges with frame rate issues during exporting, which affected the smoothness of the footage. I also had to decide whether to shoot with or without a gimbal, balancing stability with dynamic motion. Overcoming these obstacles pushed me to adapt quickly and problem-solve on the go, ultimately improving my technical skills.
When I presented the final video to the client, they absolutely loved it, which made all the effort worthwhile. This project was a huge learning experience, and I truly enjoyed the fast-paced, high-energy environment of filming a live sporting event. If given the chance, I would definitely take on another boxing event, applying everything I’ve learned to make it even better.
